Still Spirit Liqueur flavourings
Still Spirits of New Zealand offer a full range of liqueurs in the style of the worlds most famous liqueurs. As each liqueur varies with thickness and sweetness, Still Spirits offer three different base packs that are used on these liqueurs.
Each flavouring type will have a description of its taste, and will tell you which base pack to use and also how much 40% ABV alcohol to use. Because this is then topped up with water to 1.125 litres it will adjust the finished ABV level to that of the relevant commercial liqueur.
This item comes complete with the relevant base pack.
Alternatively, you could use 20 - 23 %ABV alcohol produced from a Turbo Yeast to give a similar result.
