Although every beer kit we sell has a yeast included we do stock a range of beer yeasts for brewers using ingredients. Also we recommend up-grading the yeast if you are adding spraymalt or liquid malt instead of sugar.

Safale BE-134 The Safale BE-134 yeast is a high attenuating strain recommended for Belgian Saison-style beers promoting fruity aromas and spicy characters such as clove notes. To get these spicy notes and fruity aromas, this yeast is designed to be used at higher than normal fermentation temperatures (up to 28 degrees celsius) and will work well in those warmer months throughout the year bringing highly refreshing and drinkable beers.
