This stainless steel Still Spirits Botanical Basket allows your ingredients to be steamed in the vapours from the boiler before being condensed back to liquid resulting in a nicely flavoured gin, vodka or any other spirit. Simply add your botanicals etc to the basket and then screw onto the underside of the boiler lid for reflux distilling or to the underside of the copper dome for Alembic distilling. If using the reflux column then you need to remove the saddles to allow the passage of the vapours up the column.
