Heads up improves head retention in all beers by enhancing foam stability. It improves foam cling and minimises problems resulting from contaminants (such as washing liquids) in beer glasses. Simply whisk 1 phial into half a cupful of water and add to the beer towards the end of fermentation. Sufficient for up to 3 x 5 gallon/23 litre brews which can be from any beer kit or a full or partial mash brew.
