Harris Pure Brew is a professional beer enhancer. It will help eliminate the medicinal "homebrew" tastes which can be associated with home brewed beers and will supercharge your yeast.

To use: Crush 1 tablet and add it to your cider together with 1 spoon of the commercial quality nutrient mix together with whichever yeast you are using. Stir well to mix then leave to ferment as normal.

Ingredients are: Yeast Hulls, Magnesium Sulphate, Vitamin C, Diammonium Phosphate, Zinc, Vitamin B1, Calcium Pantothenate, Folic acid and Niacin.

This tub is sufficient for 5 batches of 5 gallons/23 litres.
