The Alembic Copper Still enables the user to produce artisan spirits from a malt, molasses or botanical mash. Rather than just giving a pure, clean spirit as with the reflux columns, here the copper acts as a catalist to bring over the flavours for the mash being distilled.
To use this product you need either the T500 Boiler or the Grainfather. The copper condensor is bolted onto the copper dome and the dome is then clamped onto the boiler.
